Learn some of the foundational Svaroopa Yoga Poses and principles.
You will leave with a daily practice routine that you can take home with you and benefit from immediately. This practice will relieve your aches and pains, give you a deeper understanding of your body and take you into states of deep relaxation and bliss. Sunday, May 3 2:30-5:15pm Abdominals & Digestion After releasing some of the deep held tensions in your spine, you will be able to isolate and use your abdominal muscles in a whole new way! Finding and using your abs, will help you to live with an “open spine,” bring clarity to your life, strength to your will, and improved digestion. Learn how to integrate abdominal poses into your daily practice routine and take your yoga into your life! | 
Sunday, June 7 2:30-5:15pm Backbends & Heart Openers Backbends are the most important direction of movement that we move the spine into because of the natural tendency to “round over” as we age. Backbends reverse the aging process in the spine, help us to stand up straighter and taller and are exhilarating and rejuvenating.
Heart Opening poses are explored to carry the openness through the heart area—physically, mentally and spiritually~helping one to be more present and open in relationship to Self and others and for the mind to settle back into its home in the heart.
