Awareness through Movement lessons   Mondays   9:00-10:00 a.m.

Awareness through Movement is based on the Feldenkrais method, a system that approaches human development and the improvement of functioning through physical movement and directed touch.
These lessons provide an opportunity to re-experience the joy and pleasure of moving to learn while exploring easy light movements from a beginners mind.
The Awareness through Movement lessons can help you recognize habitual patterns and offer an opportunity to naturally reorganize while discovering choices that were not available before.
Come and enjoy this gentle approach to relieving stress and tension, injuries and pain to enhance whatever you love to do.
Mondays 9—10 a.m.
$10 drop in — 5 class series $45.
